We are seeking a Microsoft Office trainer to deliver day (and some 2 day) long training courses on our behalf in Melbourne. The trainer must have strong experience with the MS Office suite (particularly Excel), excellent communication skills and ability to work in a variety of locations with participants with varying skill and ability.
Candidates experienced with Watsonia courseware, who have a drivers licence & car will be at an advantage.
It is a contracted position to support and provide back up to a full time trainer so those candidates who have flexibility in their own schedule to teach at times when the courses arise will be at an advantage.
Training experience or qualifications are not necessary. We will provide and induction of training and briefing from experienced trainers to the successful candidate. Those who have come from past roles with proven high level professional experience with Excel will be considered. Do not apply if you seek a full time role. Training is delivered either in our Collins St CBD training facility or in workplaces across the Melbourne area. We have national network of trainers who are able to assist with course preparation.

Due to growth and an increasing demand for our courses we would like to hear from suitably experienced SharePoint (to Site Owner level) and Office 365 trainers who can join our growing network of trainers. Experience with the Watsonia courseware is an advantage but not essential. Candidates with flexibility in their own schedule to teach as required will be at an advantage. The role is contracted at day rates and applicants must have their own ABN.

We are a national training company that provides 1 and 2 day training courses in Microsoft Office, Project and PowerBI in capital city locations across Australia. The training courses we offer can be conducted either in our CBD locations or in the workplace. The trainer must have strong experience with the MS Office suite, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a variety of locations with participants at different points along the learning curve. Those without formal training qualifications are encouraged to apply also as we have a holistic approach to recruitment and place a premium on qualities such as communication ability, knowledge gained in previous roles, enthusiasm for teaching and most importantly the ability to receive positive attendee reviews at the end of the day. Successful candidates will be encouraged to attend our courses as a participant to understand our courses and content. We also run internal training days where we contribute to the professional development of trainers and introduce them to new courses coming onto our schedule. Our trainers collaborate together and share their experiences in teaching courses and the shared feedback amongst trainers helps deliver better courses that are reflected in positive course reviews by our students. Candidates experienced with Watsonia courseware and who have the confidence and ability to deliver courses developed internally including Excel VBA and Financial Modelling courses will be at an advantage. The positions are contracted and are required to support the core capital city trainers.
